Skills supply is an important area for Paper Province's member companies and something we must develop together. Therefore, we have created a forum where we can meet and discuss common issues regarding competence.
In the competence network, we discuss common issues and do joint activities to attract, retain and develop competence within the cluster. It is the members of the network who control which issues are to be discussed and how often we meet.
