In this position your main task will be to lead and support development projects & process optimizing performed together with our pulp mills in the fiberline area. You will have a key position in our improvement work securing that our processes are run at their optimum. In your work you have frequent contact with our mills and you also perform a part of your projects onsite. The work is done in close cooperation with our mills personnel and demands good interpersonal skills and an open mind.
You have a University level education in pulping, chemical engineering, chemistry or similar together with minimum 3 years of work experience from a pulp mill or machinery supplier in fiberline area, or other process industry. We see that you have excellent knowledge and experience from process optimizing, trouble shooting and/or process control work. If you have previous work experience with eucalyptus as raw material, project within Six Sigma or experience in dissolving pulp, pulp quality and fiber applications it’s a plus.
As person, you are result-oriented, systematic, analytic and willing to take initiatives. You are interested in process control and good at identifying new applicable solutions and have the ability to drive implementation of new R&D findings at the mills. You enjoy working in team and in a multicultural environment. You are fluent in English both spoken and written and if you have other language skills like Swedish, Finnish, Portuguese or Spanish it’s an advantage.
